Been playing for about 8 years now, I'm 23 years old.  Discovered the work of Dave through the Vai tour in 2003 I believe, at Myrtle Beach HoB. Very much into metal music, but I do go on rolls where I'm obsessed with more virtuoso type guitar music.  Used to be a jazz guitar major, but am now a research biologist (you can probably guess I went to school on loans).   Cool   

Look forward to interacting on the board!
